Effect of substrate temperature on the structural, optical, electrical, and morphological properties of zinc oxide thin films

چکیده

The present paper reports on the effect of substrate temperature physical properties zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films deposited using spray-pyrolysis technique. exhibit a polycrystalline nature with preferred orientation along [002]. Furthermore, average crystallites size increases increasing temperature. scanning electron microscopy results showed that were evenly distributed and homogeneous. optical transmittance varies in range 62 to 90% depending On other hand, temperature, absorption coefficient decreases band gap 3.25 - 3.28 eV. electrical conductivity between 18 58 mS.cm-1.
